OKLAHOMA CITY – Goose Creek, Alaska. Before my dream last night, I had never heard of it. It was a dream. Maybe I made it up, right?

But in this dream I was clearly in Alaska. There was even a flowing creek called "Goose Creek" in this northern location. But why?

Was this location triggered by seeing an image from the old Alaska-set TV show Northern Exposure? Or was it from a video I saw yesterday, shown to me by one of my writers noting how the Earth was smaller millions of years ago and Alaska and North America were joined to Asia and so forth?

But why “Goose Creek”? There is a town in South Carolina called Goose Creek, which seems to have quite a few crime stories.

Perusing further, much to my shock I learned that there was a “Goose Creek Correctional Center” near the Alaskan town of Wasilla, near Anchorage. It was Wasilla that calls former Alaska governor and one-time vice-presidential candidate Sarah Palin as a hometown girl.

According to this 2011 video, the newly-built Goose Creek Correctional Center was built to prevent so many Alaska inmates being sent to prisons in Colorado. Once built, local boosters called it a "beeeeutiful facility."

In late December 2017, just a matter of weeks ago, the Associated Press reported that the issue of drugs being smuggled into Goose Creek Correctional Center was being addressed.

Again, not sure of the significance, if anything at all. Just strange. I'll be continuing to pay attention to these dreams.
