Mesta Festa this Saturday

OKLAHOMA CITY - Mesta Festa is this Saturday, September 20th from noon to 6 at Pearle Mesta Park located at the corner of NW 18th and Shartel Avenue in Mesta Park neighborhood. 

Mesta Festa is the annual neighborhood party held by Mesta Park to raise money for the beautification of the neighborhood.   The event has been taking place since 1995.

The Mesta Festa features local micro-breweries, pubs and a winery, local food vendors, live music, children’s activities, and a chili cook-off.  There will be a beer and wine tasting for a $15 donation.  Individuals at least 21 years old may sample the special brews. Local micro-breweries expected include Belle Isle Brewery, COOP Ale Works, Mustang Beer, Choc Beer, Roughtail Brewing Co., Huebert Brewing and more. Local pubs like Grandad’s Bar, Skinny Slim’s, The Blue Note Lounge, Louie’s Grill & Bar, JJ’s Saloon and JJ’s Alley Bricktown Pub also will be on hand.

The event is free and open to the public.
