"Security concern" at Tinker AFB determined to be non-threatening

MIDWEST CITY, Okla. -- Tinker Air Force Base in Midwest City evacuated an area near Gott Gate, located on Air Depot and SE 59th St., on Friday morning, due to a security concern, according to a base spokesperson.

Authorities at Tinker AFB later said that a truck caused concern because it tested positive for some type of chemical residue, However, Tinker officials ultimately determined that the truck was determined to not be a threat.
