OKLAHOMA CITY – While he didn’t look exactly like Journey frontman Steve Perry, I was in a frenzy to find a particular coffee mug – a ceramic coffee mug featuring an 80’s-looking “Journey” logo. I needed this mug, but I could not find it in time to get it autographed by Mr. Perry.

Yes, the band Journey had been on my mind prior to this dream. In fact, in the dream someone tried to pass off the Foreigner album 4 (released in 1981) as being a Journey album. I then tell those nearby that I had seen a latter-day version of Foreigner open up for a latter-day version of Journey at a concert in Massachusetts in 1999.

The guy wearing the Journey concert shirt was in the audience at the recent Paracon 2017 paranormal conference here in Oklahoma City. Due to other obligations I was not able to stay the entire time.

We are all on a "journey" of some sort. And I think my years writing Dust Devil Dreams shows us that if we all started paying closer attention to the things going on in our lives and the patterns that are all around us, we would be amazed at this mirror reflecting the universe back to ourselves.

Are we catching up with the universe or is the universe catching up with us? I doubt it's the latter.

In any event, I would love to hear your thoughts. Peace.
